“Life is trying things to see if they work.”
— Ray Bradbury
Let me tell you what works every time.
Trying things. Trying new things. Trying old things with a twist. Trying old things period.
I cannot tell you how many times I’ve worked with a client that is afraid of making a mistake. When you’re fearful of making a mistake the fear becomes a powerful inhibitor that stops your progress cold. It’s like being a deer in the headlights. You just freeze.
When you’re open to trying something new or an old thing that’s new to you, magic begins to happen. Maybe not the first time you try it. Maybe not the second or third and it does happen.
The reason is that you’re now beginning to experiment and discover what does and doesn’t work for. FYI, magicians rarely get their new trick right on the first try.
As you experiment and track your results you’ll be more successful than ever before…I promise.
To find out what works for you do this Action Step today.
Action Step: Identify something that you’re stuck on how to fix or are not taking action on. Write it down.
Create a specific goal (item X by time Y) to achieve it.
Make a list of 5 things that you’re going to experiment with to reach the goal.
Now get to work and have fun.
