Time Will Take Your Money, But…

“Time will take your money, but money won’t buy time.”
—James Taylor

At some point we all say, “If I only had a little more time to…then I could…!”

We wiggle around trying to figure out how to squeeze more things into our already jam packed day, evenings, and weekends. All to no avail. Any advantage we do carve out is minimal.

So, what could be a secret to getting more done?

We all have the same amount of time each day – 24 Hours. It’s how we use that time that makes the biggest difference in our lives.

Trying to get more done is usually not the answer.

Getting the right things done is.

If you’re struggling to achieve your goals do this Action Step and be more effective immediately.

Action Step:  To begin to break up the overwork pattern ask yourself, “What do I really want?”
Let the answers begin to appear in your mind and write them on a blank piece of paper. Let them flow. Don’t sensor them.
When you’re finished take a look at what you really want. Circle your top 5. Then choose your #1 Goal and be sure you’re doing activities each day to achieve it.
