Problems and Opportunity

“In the middle of difficulty lies opportunity.”

— Albert Einstein

opportunity – an appropriate or favorable time, occasion, situation or condition for attainment of a goal

As a strategy, seeing problems as opportunities to learn becomes a wily way to work through thorny issues.

The definition of problem seems to be directly opposite of opportunity. And when used as a strategy they are brilliant.

Look at it this way, this issue was given to you to learn so you can grow and move forward.

So, instead of being burdened with another problem you are now given a gift to learn and stretch yourself again and accelerate your personal growth.

To stretch your ability to develop opportunities do this Action Step.

Action Step:

  1. Pick a problem or difficulty you’re currently working through.
  2. Decide on what an excellent resolution would look and feel like for you.
  3. See if there’s another more profitable, advantageous, beneficial or outrageous result you’d like to have.
  4. What did you find out about your limits?
