MasterMind Coaching Groups

Purpose of our Group: The purpose of The Mastermind Coaching Group for the Self Employed is to support and encourage each other in a creative and confidential environment to achieve more than we could alone.

Master Mind: A master mind group was first proposed by Napoleon Hill in his classic book, “Think and Grow Rich”. He referred to the Master Mind as: “coordination of knowledge and effort, in a spirit of harmony, between two or more people for the attainment of a definite purpose.”

Format: The Mastermind Coaching Group uses the power of the Group in a round table to solve the business problems of its members. The meeting is facilitated by a professional business coach to maintain the Group’s focus, promote discussion, and hold the Group accountable for their results.

 Commitment:

  • Each participant is expected to attend ALL meetings either in-person or by conference call. 
  • Give as much as you receive.
  • State your goals in clear terms such as, “X by time Y and it looks like this.”

 Meeting Details:

  • We meet the second Thursday of each month starting at 7:30AM and ending at 9:30AM.  
  • Membership is limited to 10 people in non-competing businesses. 
  • When there is weather related delayed school openings or closures for District 11 the Group will meet via a conference call. The details for conference calls will be provided in an email.

  • Masterminding, Brainstorming, Hot Seat (Focus on an individuals issue or presentation)

Occasionally we will have guest speakers and teachers visit our group to address specific issues generated by the Group. Once a year we will have a Retreat Weekend.

 Fee: $300 per quarter.
